We’re so excited to welcome you to Costa Rica for our wedding weekend — it truly means the world to us that you're joining this special celebration. From welcome drinks to the big “I do” and a little fun in between, we’ve planned a weekend full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
We’ve included all the details you’ll need to make the most of the trip. Thank you for being a part of our journey — it’s all #TaylorMade2Love, and we can't wait to celebrate with you in paradise!

✈️ Travel & Arrival Information✈️
GETTING TO COSTA RICA
Guests should be traveling to Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR).
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
A passport is required for ALL travelers (children included). All Passports must have an expiration date no earlier than May 2026. If your passport expires prior to that date you will not be allowed to travel. Check your passports!
GETTING TO THE RESORT
Shared Airport Transportation is INCLUDED in the cost of your booking. You must provide your flight details. Once you’ve booked your flights, please enter your flight details using the link below. This isn’t due until 30 days before the wedding, so no rush! In the meantime, I’m here to guide you through the process.
Private Transportation is available for additional costs.

AFTER LANDING IN COSTA RICA (LIR)
Follow the exit signs to find your Amstar Representatives in the blue shirts inside the arrival hall. They will greet you, check you in, and guide you to your transfer vehicle.

Join us for a casual meet & greet before dinner. Come say hello, sip a cocktail, and mingle with fellow guests as we kick off the wedding festivities in paradise.

Day of Liesure
While the bridal party is busy with final preparations for the big day, we’ve set aside this time for you to relax and enjoy everything Costa Rica has to offer!
Whether you choose to lounge by the beach, explore the local sights, or indulge in a spa treatment, today is yours to soak up paradise at your own pace.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you soon!

Sunday Poolside Whine-Down
After all the dancing, love, and celebration, we’d love to keep the good vibes going with a relaxed pool day!
Join us the day after the wedding for a chill afternoon of sunshine, music, and recovery cocktails. Whether you’re in the mood to float, sip, or just soak it all in — come as you are and hang out with us one more time before heading home if you would like.
Swimsuits encouraged. Sunscreen required. Fun guaranteed.

Departure Information
As our unforgettable weekend in paradise comes to a close, we want to thank each of you from the bottom of our hearts for making the journey to celebrate our love. Your presence, laughter, and love made every moment truly special — we couldn’t have imagined this celebration without you.
